These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Dynamic Search, LLC application and website (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Dynamic Search, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be of legal age in your country to enter into this agreement, or have a parent or guardian agree on your behalf.
Dynamic Search, LLC is a family-oriented application that helps parents and children track chores, savings, rewards and goals using points ("coins"). The Service does not handle, store or transfer real money to or from children.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Dynamic Search, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your chosen plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or circumvent any technical limitations of the Service.
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Paid subscriptions to Dynamic Search, LLC are processed by our online reseller. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Payment, billing frequency, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Referral rewards (such as one free month per qualifying referred subscriber) are credited at our discretion and may be adjusted or revoked in cases of fraud or abuse. Credits have no cash value.
You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g. names, chores, reward descriptions). You grant Dynamic Search, LLC a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your access ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable export window.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where such limits are prohibited by law.
You agree to indemnify Dynamic Search, LLC against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dynamic Search, LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
