How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all of our orders. To request a refund:

2. Contact our support team through the app and we will help process the refund.

Processing time

Once approved, refunds typically appear on the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal. Cancellation prevents future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
